A luxury penthouse in Gurugram has reportedly been sold for a whopping ₹271 crore by real estate major DLF. Industrialist Manav Sardana is said to be the buyer. The property has a super area of 17,200 square feet and a carpet area of 10,500 square feet. The transaction works out to around ₹1.58 lakh per square foot, making it one of the notable luxury-home deals in the city.
The property is part of The Dahlias, a luxury residential project launched by DLF in October 2024 across 17 acres in its Phase 5 development in Gurugram. The project comprises 420 apartments and penthouses, with more than 65% of the residences reportedly sold so far. Apartment prices in the project range from around ₹100 crore to ₹170 crore. The deal comes amid rising demand for ultra-luxury residential properties in major Indian cities, particularly Gurugram and Mumbai, where high-value home transactions have become increasingly prominent since the pandemic.
