

India’s primary market is set for a busy week, with several companies planning to raise funds through initial public offerings (IPOs). HD Fire Protect is targeting ₹712 crore through an offer for sale, with its IPO scheduled from October 13 to 15 and a price band of ₹258–271 per share. AI-based customer experience solutions provider Fusion CX plans to raise ₹702 crore, with its issue open from October 14 to 16 at a price band of ₹275–289 per share. Technology-enabled manufacturing company Zetwerk is preparing a ₹5,000 crore IPO, comprising a fresh issue of ₹2,600 crore and an offer for sale of 9.68 crore equity shares. Its issue is scheduled to open on October 15 and close on October 19.
IPOs of Tonbo Imaging, Bonfiglioli Transmissions and Sahajanand Medical Technologies are also scheduled to open on October 15 and close on October 19. Details, including their price bands, are expected to be announced on Monday. Meanwhile, Jio Platforms’ public issue is reportedly scheduled to open on October 21 and is expected to be the largest IPO in Indian stock market history. With several offerings lined up, investors are likely to keep a close watch on developments in the primary market this week.
