The Kodiaq RS will be brought to India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU), meaning it will be imported in fully assembled form. Skoda is set to announce the official pricing on July 2, 2026. Industry estimates suggest that the SUV could be priced between ₹55 lakh and ₹60 lakh (ex-showroom), making it significantly more expensive than the standard Kodiaq variants.
Performance is a key highlight of the Kodiaq RS. The SUV is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 265 hp and 400 Nm of torque. It comes paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system. The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds and has a top speed of 231 km/h. Additional performance-oriented features include Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) Plus adaptive suspension and multiple drive modes, including Sport and Off-Road.
The Kodiaq RS also receives several distinctive design upgrades. Exterior highlights include sportier bumpers, gloss-black trim elements, RS badging, dual exhaust tips, and 20-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the SUV features an all-black cabin theme, RS sports seats with red contrast stitching, a 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital driver display, a panoramic sunroof, and a host of premium features.
