ACB Conducts Searches at Mahabubabad Civil Supplies Office

Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials conducted searches at the Mahabubabad District Civil Supplies Corporation office on Friday following a complaint alleging that Civil Supplies Department manager Narasimha Rao had amassed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. The officials also searched his residence in Khammam as part of the investigation.

The searches were extended to seven locations across Khammam, Suryapet and Hyderabad, including properties linked to Narasimha Rao and residences of people suspected of being benamis. ACB officials reportedly identified substantial assets during the searches. Further details regarding the properties and the outcome of the investigation are awaited.
