Amit Shah to Hold Meeting with All State DGPs Nationwide

To curb illegal infiltration across the country, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will hold a meeting with all State DGPs on the 9th of next month. The meeting will focus on identifying illegal immigrants residing in India without valid documents, deporting them, and dismantling fake document and infiltration networks.

As part of the nationwide initiative, the Intelligence Bureau (IB), Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), National Investigation Agency (NIA), Enforcement Directorate (ED), and state police departments will work in close coordination. The ED will also take action to identify and seize illegally acquired assets linked to such networks.
