Another Custody Petition Filed in Sai Krishna Case

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has filed another custody petition in the Sai Krishna case as part of its ongoing investigation. The SIT approached the court seeking custody of constables Baburao and Sambayya for further questioning. Earlier, the team had also filed petitions seeking custody of constables Ashok and Nani.

Meanwhile, the hearing on a private petition related to the case has been postponed by the Second ADJ Court. The petition sought to include the DGP, Commissioner of Police, and ACP as accused in the case. The court has adjourned the hearing to the next date.
