AP Government Unveils Big Plan for Godavari Pushkaralu

The Andhra Pradesh Government has issued administrative approval for Rs.150 crore to ensure the successful conduct of Godavari Pushkaralu 2027. The funds have been allocated to strengthen infrastructure and improve civic amenities in key municipalities that will host the sacred event.

As part of the allocation, Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation will receive Rs.100 crore, Kovvur Rs.20 crore, Narsapuram Rs.15 crore, Nidadavole Rs.7 crore, Palakollu Rs.5 crore, and Mandapeta Rs.3 crore. The funds will be utilized for the development of Pushkar ghats, infrastructure upgrades, repairs, sanitation, drinking water facilities, and other essential arrangements for devotees.
