AP Government's Decision on Employee Zones

The Andhra Pradesh Government has officially notified the new local cadre structure for government employees under the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment Order, 2025. As part of the notification, the state has been divided into six zones and two multi-zones, aiming to streamline employee administration and recruitment across departments.

The notification also specifies district cadre, zonal cadre, multi-zonal cadre, and state cadre posts department-wise. The revised local cadre framework is expected to ensure clarity in appointments, transfers, and service administration while implementing the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment Order, 2025.
