BRS Announces ₹2.25 Crore Financial Aid for Late Peddi Sudarshan Reddy’s Family

BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao has decided to extend financial support of ₹2.25 crore to the family of late Peddi Sudarshan Reddy, who recently passed away following illness. The decision was taken after consultations with senior party leaders and key BRS leaders from the erstwhile Warangal district. As part of the assistance, ₹1 crore each will be provided to Sudarshan Reddy’s two children to support their future and education. Another ₹25 lakh will be deposited in a bank account in the name of his mother, Amruthamma, considering her age and welfare needs.

KCR assured that the party would continue to stand by the family and monitor matters related to the children’s education and overall welfare. He said that after the completion of Sudarshan Reddy’s tenth-day ceremony, senior party leaders from the district would meet and take further decisions regarding welfare measures for the family. Reiterating the party’s commitment, KCR said the BRS would continue to support Sudarshan Reddy’s family in the future as well.
