

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday released a White Paper on the state's financial position, stating that keeping people informed about the government's economic performance is essential for transparent governance. Addressing a press conference at the State Secretariat, he said the government had already released seven White Papers and would continue to present periodic progress reports. Naidu cited the inauguration of the Bhogapuram International Airport as an example of the government's development agenda and said the NDA government had initiated measures to rebuild the "Brand Andhra." He also highlighted that the state's economic growth has improved significantly despite challenges faced after bifurcation.
The Chief Minister said the government is giving top priority to the welfare of SCs, STs, BCs, minorities, and women's self-help groups while simultaneously promoting industrial growth. He noted that the P4 initiative is currently benefiting 2.4 lakh families and reiterated that reducing economic inequality remains a key objective. Naidu said Andhra Pradesh has signed investment MoUs worth ₹23 lakh crore and introduced 28 new industrial policies to attract investments. He also highlighted the use of Artificial Intelligence to improve governance and public service delivery, adding that sustained hard work and effective administration would ensure long-term prosperity for the state.
