CM Revanth Reddy Holds Key Talks with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy stated that discussions with Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw regarding financial assistance for the Hyderabad Metro project through IRFC were positive and encouraging.

The Chief Minister met Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Union Coal and Mines Minister G. Kishan Reddy in New Delhi on Monday night. Speaking to the media after the meeting, Revanth Reddy said the discussions lasted for over two hours and focused on Metro Phase-2 and funding-related issues. He further announced that he would meet Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday morning to continue discussions on the project. Union Minister Kishan Reddy is also expected to participate in the meeting.
