CREDAI Representatives Meet Minister Narayana

A delegation from CREDAI Andhra Pradesh met Municipal Administration Minister Narayana and appreciated the government’s recent initiatives aimed at simplifying building permission norms. The representatives lauded the efforts taken to streamline approval processes, stating that such reforms would significantly ease procedures for developers and promote transparency in the sector.

The delegation expressed that Government Order No. 161 has provided a major boost to the real estate industry. They welcomed the introduction of the self-declaration system and the relaxation of setback norms, calling them progressive steps toward faster project execution. Additionally, the CREDAI representatives invited Minister Narayana to attend the upcoming CREDAI Expo events in Tirupati and Rajahmundry as the chief guest.
