Delhi court summons YouTuber Dhruv Rathi

A Delhi court has issued summons to popular YouTuber Dhruv Rathi. The latest action has been taken in a defamation case dating back almost 8 years. In 2018, Dhruv Rathi posted a video on his YouTube channel titled 'BJP IT Cell Part-2'. In this, Vikas Pandey, a member of the BJP IT Cell, approached the court, claiming that the allegations made by Dhruv Rathi had damaged his reputation. However, since then, Dhruv Rathi has not been served with the summons as he has been living abroad.
