Gold Man Scam Busted in Hyderabad, Accused Arrested

Surya Bhai, known as the “Gold Man” of Hyderabad’s Old City, has been arrested by Attapur police for allegedly cheating people in a large-scale fraud. He reportedly claimed close connections with the Chief Minister and senior police officials to gain trust and collect lakhs of rupees from victims.

He allegedly wore gold ornaments all over his body and promised to provide pure gold at low prices, taking money from several people but failing to deliver. When victims questioned him after months of delay, he reportedly threatened them. Following multiple complaints, police arrested him and launched further investigation into the scam.
