Harish Rao Sends Legal Notice to Mahesh Kumar Goud

Former minister and BRS Deputy Floor Leader Harish Rao has served a legal notice on TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud over his allegations that Harish Rao had performed occult rituals. Through his advocate, Harish Rao described the remarks as false, defamatory and damaging to his reputation, demanding that the statements be withdrawn immediately.

The notice also seeks an unconditional public apology for the comments made through the media and social media platforms. It further states that if the allegations are not retracted without delay, Harish Rao will initiate both civil and criminal defamation proceedings against Mahesh Kumar Goud before the appropriate court.
