Heavy Rain Alert for Hyderabad

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has issued a rain alert for the city, warning that moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning is likely in the next two hours. Gusty winds of up to 30 kmph are also expected in several parts of Hyderabad.

Heavy rain has already been reported in several areas of the city. Authorities have advised residents to remain alert and avoid unnecessary travel during adverse weather conditions. Officials also urged motorists to drive cautiously, while Hyderabad Police Commissioner C.V. Anand Sajjanar advised the public to stay vigilant and follow safety precautions.
