Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has invited entrepreneurs and global investors to invest in the state, assuring them of government support in establishing and expanding businesses. Speaking at the Samatha Chamber of Commerce Global Business Meet–2026 at HITEX, he said the government would facilitate industrial approvals through a single-window system and provide essential infrastructure, including land, electricity and water. He also assured representatives of the chamber that he would act as a guardian for the business community and work towards resolving issues faced by investors. Highlighting Hyderabad’s skilled workforce, infrastructure, law and order, multicultural environment and business-friendly ecosystem, Bhatti described the city as an attractive destination for domestic and international investments.
The Deputy Chief Minister outlined a regional development strategy for Hyderabad and its surrounding areas through the Core Urban Region (CORE), Peri-Urban Region (PURE) and Rural Agriculture Region (RARE) frameworks. The core urban region will focus on IT, infrastructure and services, while the peri-urban region will support industrial clusters in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, education, software and artificial intelligence. He said plans were also underway to improve connectivity through radial roads linking areas between the Outer Ring Road and the proposed Regional Ring Road. The rural agriculture region will promote agro-based industries and value addition to local resources, creating employment opportunities beyond major cities. Bhatti urged entrepreneurs across pharmaceuticals, exports, IT and other industries to contribute to Telangana’s economic growth, while stressing that development should benefit all sections of society.
