Key Decision on Rushikonda Buildings..

The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) has taken a key decision regarding the management of the Rushikonda buildings. The corporation has invited Expressions of Interest (EoI) from eligible agencies to manage and operate the property under a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The move is aimed at ensuring efficient maintenance and better utilization of the infrastructure.

Under the proposed plan, a private agency will be selected to oversee the management of the five-building complex. APTDC stated that the initiative is expected to improve operational efficiency, enhance visitor services, and ensure the long-term maintenance of the Rushikonda tourism infrastructure through private sector participation.
