Key Remarks in Dharmendra Pradhan's Resignation Letter

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, in his resignation letter, made significant remarks regarding the recent developments. He expressed his unwavering faith in India's democratic strength and immense respect for the aspirations, dreams, and ambitions of the country's youth. He stated that the youth are not merely the future of the nation but the primary architects of a developed India. Pradhan mentioned that he was deeply distressed by the events of the past 10 days, clarifying that this was not about his personal prestige. He emphasized that his resolve is to prevent the youth from falling into the traps of misconceptions and misinformation.

Pradhan further stressed that anti-national forces should not be allowed to exploit the situations at Jantar-Mantar and across the country for their own gains, and that national unity must not be compromised. He asserted that no student's future should be entangled in legal complications, and advised students to focus their time on education and career building. Considering all these factors, he submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Prime Minister for his guidance, trust, and constant support. Concluding his letter, Pradhan affirmed that national service remains his highest priority, and with the blessings of Lord Jagannath, he will continue to serve Mother India, the people of Odisha, and the aspirations of the nation's youth in the future as well.
