Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Operative Injured in Haryana Encounter

A suspected operative linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, identified as Rohit, was injured in a police encounter in Sonipat, Haryana. The exchange of fire took place on the Barota-Chhathera road, during which Rohit sustained bullet injuries to both legs. He was subsequently taken to Sonipat Civil Hospital for treatment. Police said a pistol, motorcycle and bag were recovered from his possession.

Rohit is also accused of threatening a businessman and allegedly demanding money, while police are investigating his possible involvement in the firing at the vehicle of Haryanvi singer Diler Kharkiya. Authorities said several criminal cases are registered against him, including cases related to robbery and attempt to murder. Police are also probing his alleged links with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and his role in other criminal activities.
