More Assets to Be Attached in AgriGold Case

The Andhra Pradesh government has ordered the attachment of more properties in connection with the AgriGold case. The state Home Department has issued orders for the attachment of 9.87 acres of land. This includes 6.55 acres located in Poranki, Penamaluru and Edara in Andhra Pradesh, along with another 3.32 acres in Anekal, Karnataka.

Authorities have reportedly identified these properties as having been purchased using money collected from AgriGold depositors. The state government has directed the CID Director General to initiate the necessary steps for attaching the properties. The move is part of ongoing action aimed at safeguarding the interests of AgriGold depositors.
