PIL Filed in High Court Over Mega DSC

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Andhra Pradesh High Court challenging the Mega DSC 2025 teacher recruitment process. YSR Congress Party MLC Chandrasekhar Reddy has sought a CBI investigation into the alleged irregularities in the recruitment process. The petition raises allegations related to a paper leak, implementation of the sports quota, and preparation of the merit list.

The petitioner has also requested the High Court to direct the authorities to preserve all digital records, servers, files, and electronic evidence related to the DSC-2025 recruitment process. The PIL seeks an independent investigation to ensure transparency and fairness in the recruitment process. The matter is expected to come up for hearing before the High Court.
