Ponguleti Assures Housing Plots for Journalists

Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has assured that the long pending issue of housing plots for journalists in Hyderabad and other areas will be resolved soon. Journalists from Kothagudem met the Minister during his visit to Regalla village in Kothagudem district on Sunday and submitted a representation seeking housing sites.

The journalists recalled that 10 acres of land near the Ramavaram-Murredu bridge had earlier been earmarked for journalists, but the allotment process was stalled. Responding to their request, Ponguleti said the government was taking steps to resolve the issue of housing plots for journalists in Hyderabad as well as in local areas.
