Rahul Backs NEET Protest Students

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi accused the Central Government and the BJP of pressuring students who participated in the recent protest against the alleged NEET paper leak in Delhi. He claimed that students who played a key role in the "Chalo Sansad" protest were first forced to apologise and later faced threats through intimidation directed at their families. Rahul met five students who allegedly faced harassment and assured them of his support.

Speaking to the media, Rahul Gandhi said the students had done nothing wrong and should not be forced to apologise. Meanwhile, the Congress party demanded that Union Home Minister Amit Shah make a statement in Parliament regarding the police action against the protesting students. Congress MPs also staged a protest seeking discussions on the Ayodhya donation issue and the restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.
