SIT Focuses on Devotees' Offerings as New Details Emerge

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the alleged misappropriation of donations at the Ayodhya Ram Temple has reportedly found that some of the gold offerings made by devotees were melted into gold bars to erase their identity. Investigators are examining records related to gold and silver donations and have sought documents from temple officials as part of the ongoing probe.

The SIT is also scrutinising the financial transactions of those facing allegations. Meanwhile, fresh allegations have also surfaced regarding the Badrinath Temple, where an employee of the temple committee has been accused of misappropriating devotees' offerings. The temple administration has ordered an inquiry into the claims. The allegations are under investigation, and the concerned authorities are yet to establish the facts through the official probes.
