SIT Probe Intensifies in Ayodhya Donation Case

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has identified around 150 suspects in the alleged donation theft case at the Ayodhya Ram Temple. Authorities are likely to take action against nearly 25 individuals as the investigation progresses. Based on information provided by five key accused, including Tinnu Yadav and others, officials recovered nearly ₹2 crore.

The investigation also includes a case involving a woman devotee who reportedly donated her jewellery at the temple. The controversy surfaced after allegations by former Uttar Pradesh minister Pawan Pandey that donations worth ₹5 crore to ₹7.5 crore had been stolen from the temple. The SIT is continuing its probe to determine the facts.
