Snake Attack During Farm Work Sparks Panic..!

A woman farmer was attacked by a massive 15-foot python while working in her agricultural field in Kanchanapalli village of Raghunathpalli mandal, Jangaon district. The victim, identified as Swapna, was suddenly targeted by the snake that emerged from nearby bushes and attempted to coil around and swallow her. Shocked and terrified, she screamed for help, alerting nearby farmers and laborers.

Responding swiftly, fellow workers rushed to the spot and managed to rescue her by attacking the python and freeing her from its grip. They later captured the snake in a sack and transported it along with the injured woman to the Jangaon General Hospital. Doctors provided initial treatment and clarified that pythons are non-venomous but can be dangerous due to their ability to suffocate and swallow prey. Swapna is currently undergoing treatment, and her condition remains critical.
