Sonu Nigam Expands His Commercial Property Portfolio

Singer Sonu Nigam has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing three commercial units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a combined ₹17 crore. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the transactions were registered on August 6, 2026. The properties are located in the Aston building at Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road and include two adjoining units on the first floor and another office unit on the ground floor.

The two first-floor units were purchased for ₹16 crore and have a combined carpet area of 3,885.77 sq ft, along with four basement parking spaces. The separate ground-floor office was purchased for ₹1 crore and measures 258.33 sq ft. Together, the three units cover 4,144.10 sq ft. The latest acquisition adds to Sonu Nigam’s recent activity in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market.
