TAFRC Warns Engineering Colleges

The Telangana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (TAFRC) has issued notices to all engineering colleges across the state, directing them not to collect any fees beyond those approved by the government. The committee warned institutions against imposing any additional financial burden on students and parents during the admission process.

TAFRC instructed colleges to strictly adhere to the prescribed fee structure and stated that legal action would be initiated against institutions found violating the regulations. The committee emphasised the need for transparency in admissions and urged colleges to safeguard the interests of students by complying with the government's fee guidelines.
