Tension Builds Over Final List

The selection process for driver and Shramik posts in RTC has been completed, with 1,588 candidates selected out of a total of 1,743 vacancies. Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board Director V.V. Srinivasa Rao stated on Monday that the final list will be announced after background verification and medical examinations. The recruitment notification was issued on September 17 last year, and the selection process has now concluded after thorough certificate verification.

Out of 1,000 driver posts, 894 men were selected, while for 743 Shramik posts, 694 men and 16 women were chosen. A total of 139 posts remain vacant due to a lack of eligible candidates. Selected candidates have been informed, and driving test results are available on the official website through login IDs. Candidates must submit required documents in triplicate, duly attested by a gazetted officer, along with photocopies at respective district SP offices and commissionerates by the 17th of this month. Final eligibility will depend on successful completion of all verifications and medical tests.
