The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has introduced the Venkataadri app to make it easier for devotees to navigate Tirumala and locate important places within the temple town. Android users can download the application from the Google Play Store, while a version for Apple users is expected to be released soon. The app is designed to support navigation through online, offline and GPS-based features, helping visitors find more than 100 mapped locations across Tirumala. A virtual man feature is also available to assist users in reaching their destinations.
Another useful feature is the availability of information about the different vahana sevas scheduled on various days during the Srivari Navaratri Brahmotsavams. The offline functionality is particularly helpful for devotees who may not have a reliable internet connection while moving around Tirumala. The initiative aims to make navigation more convenient and help pilgrims access festival-related information through a single digital platform.
