

Popular actor Vijay Deverakonda continues to make a meaningful impact beyond cinema through his philanthropic initiatives and social welfare activities. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to various relief efforts, including donating ₹25 lakh from his Filmfare Award prize money to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, supporting 17,723 middle-class families during the COVID-19 pandemic through the Middle Class Fund, and contributing to relief efforts in Telangana and Kerala during natural disasters.
Through the The Deverakonda Foundation, Vijay has launched several initiatives aimed at empowering communities. These include the First Job Program, which has created employment opportunities for hundreds of young people, the DeveraSanta initiative to assist those in need, and merit scholarships for 180 students. Following the success of Kushi, he also donated ₹1 crore to 100 families. His continued commitment to social responsibility has earned him admiration both on and off the screen.
