What caused the sudden drop in the industry?

The government has extended the application deadline for the Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy (HILT–P) after receiving a lukewarm response from industries. Applications were initially invited between June 1 and June 30, but officials reported that only a limited number of industries came forward to apply.

In response, the Industries and Commerce Department issued orders extending the deadline until October 31. The move aims to encourage more industries to participate and take advantage of the policy benefits, officials said.
