Aditya Dhar’s name has gained nationwide recognition with the success of the Dhurandhar franchise, creating significant curiosity around his next project. Amid this buzz, reports suggest that Aditya Dhar and his wife, actress Yami Gautam, are considering a major lifestyle change. Aditya, who hails from New Delhi, and Yami, who is from Himachal Pradesh, moved to Mumbai to pursue opportunities in Bollywood. Their professional acquaintance gradually turned into love, and the couple got married in 2021 at Yami’s home in Himachal Pradesh. Now, they are reportedly planning to shift permanently to the state. The couple is said to be spending more time there than in Mumbai and may travel to the city only for film-related work.
Yami Gautam shares a deep connection with Himachal Pradesh. Even before her marriage, she reportedly purchased a century-old house and around 25 acres of land in the Gohar area of Mandi. The traditional house, built with wood and stone, is surrounded by organically cultivated gardens. Apples, potatoes, plums and ginger are reportedly grown on the property. After spending years in Mumbai due to their film careers, the couple is now said to be considering a quieter life in Himachal Pradesh. If the reports are accurate, they may stay in Mumbai during film schedules and spend the rest of their time at their home in Himachal.
