Rajinikanth Begins a New Chapter with ‘R173’

Superstar Rajinikanth, who entertained audiences with ‘Coolie’, is currently busy with multiple projects. After recently completing the shoot of ‘Jailer 2’, the actor has reportedly commenced work on his 173rd film. The project is being produced by Kamal Haasan under the banner of Raj Kamal Films International.

According to industry sources, Rajinikanth will be seen playing a doctor in the film. The makers are reportedly planning a grand release during the Sankranti season next year. Music for the film is being composed by Anirudh Ravichander, while an official announcement regarding the cast, crew, and release plans is expected soon.
