Wheat flour spinach pakoras are an ideal snack to enjoy with hot tea during the rainy season. Made using wheat flour instead of gram flour, these pakoras are not only delicious but also a healthier alternative. To prepare, take wheat flour, chopped spinach leaves, onions, green chilies, ginger paste, curry leaves, cumin seeds, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, rice flour, and a little oil. Mix all the ingredients well, adding water as needed to form a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan and drop small portions of the mixture into it. Fry on medium flame until the pakoras turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. For extra crispiness, fry them once again and place on a tissue to remove excess oil. Serve these hot and crunchy spinach pakoras with tomato sauce or mint chutney for a delightful taste.
