

A delicious and aromatic Rava Laddu can be prepared using simple kitchen ingredients like Bombay rava, jaggery, ghee, grated coconut, cardamom powder, and dry fruits. To begin, heat one tablespoon of ghee in a pan and roast two cups of rava on medium flame until a pleasant aroma develops. Care should be taken to stir continuously to avoid burning and ensure even roasting.
In the same mixture, add roasted grated coconut and cook for a few more minutes to enhance flavor. Separately, fry cashews and raisins in ghee until golden and keep aside. Once cooled, combine roasted rava, jaggery, and cardamom powder and lightly grind so the texture remains slightly coarse. Add fried dry fruits and extra ghee, mix well, and shape into small laddus. Allow them to set before serving.
