Rumours about Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan and Telugu actress Sreeleela dating have once again gained attention on social media. Although both have not officially confirmed anything, recent online interactions have added fuel to the speculation.

On Sreeleela’s birthday, Kartik shared a special Instagram story featuring a photo of them together on a bike ride, wishing her “Happy Birthday Sreeleela”. Later, Sreeleela responded with “Thank you sweetest” along with a heart emoji, which further intensified dating rumours among fans. Meanwhile, the duo will also be seen together in a romantic musical drama directed by Anurag Basu, produced by T-Series, with music by Pritam, scheduled for release next year during Diwali.
