Breakup Made Me Focus on Sigma: Jason Sanjay Opens Up About His Past

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay’s son and ‘Sigma’ director Jason Sanjay has opened up about his personal life for the first time. He revealed that he has had only one love story in his life, which lasted for around one-and-a-half years during his college days. The relationship ended in a mutual breakup after the distance between them grew while he was studying abroad.

Speaking about how he dealt with the breakup, Jason said he listened to Yuvan Shankar Raja’s love songs frequently and stayed away from social media to avoid getting caught up in old memories. He said he is doing well now and has moved on from the past. Jason also revealed that he became fully focused on his filmmaking work after the breakup. ‘Sigma’, starring Sundeep Kishan and Faria Abdullah, was released on October 2. The film is directed by Jason Sanjay and produced by Subaskaran under Lyca Productions.
