The much-awaited pan India film 'Raaka', starring Allu Arjun and directed by Atlee, has been making headlines once again. Produced by Sun Pictures, the big-budget entertainer features Deepika Padukone as the female lead. After the title and first-look posters received an overwhelming response in April 2026, reports began circulating that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan would make a special cameo appearance in the film.

However, the latest reports have dismissed those rumours. According to sources close to the production, Shah Rukh Khan was never approached for any cameo role, and the speculation is completely baseless. The film is currently progressing at a brisk pace and is being made as a two part action entertainer, with a theatrical release expected in 2027. Despite the absence of Shah Rukh's cameo, expectations for the Allu Arjun–Atlee collaboration remain extremely high.
