Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr. Shriram Madhav Nene, have sold their apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu for ₹4.40 crore, registering an impressive 127% profit. The property, originally purchased in 2012 for ₹1.94 crore, was sold in July 2026, yielding a capital gain of approximately ₹2.46 crore over nearly 14 years. The apartment, located in Iris Park within the upscale JVPD Scheme, spans 774 sq ft. The buyer, Sachin Shekar Shetty, paid ₹26.40 lakh as stamp duty and ₹30,000 towards registration charges.
The Juhu apartment was not the couple’s primary residence, as they currently reside in a luxurious sea-facing home in Worli. This sale is part of a series of recent property transactions by the couple, including the sale of another apartment in Juhu and a commercial office space in Andheri West. These deals highlight the strong long-term appreciation in Mumbai’s premium real estate market.
