Telangana Cricket Association (TCA) has issued legal notices to actor Vijay Deverakonda and several others, alleging promotion of the HCA T20 League without BCCI approval. The association claims that organizing or promoting such leagues without official permission is against regulations and raises serious compliance concerns.
Reports also state that notices were sent to several cricketers and celebrities, including Venkatesh, Tilak Varma, Ambati Rayudu, and Siraj. TCA alleges that HCA conducted the league and collected funds without proper authorization from BCCI, which requires approval at least 45 days prior to such events.
