Rajinikanth’s film set for Sankranti release

After entertaining fans with his action-packed performance in Coolie last year, superstar Rajinikanth is now busy completing his upcoming projects at a rapid pace. He has recently wrapped up the shooting of Jailer 2 and has already begun work on his 173rd film.

The film is being produced by Kamal Haasan under the Raaj Kamal Films International banner. Rajinikanth is expected to play a doctor in this project, which is likely to release during Sankranti next year. The makers are expected to reveal more details soon, while Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to compose the music.
