Young actresses Anupama Parameswaran and Sai Pallavi, who gained recognition with the Malayalam blockbuster Premam, have shared a strong bond since their early days in the industry. Though they did not appear together on screen in the film, they portrayed key roles at different stages of the hero’s life. Despite being busy with their respective careers, the duo has maintained a close friendship. Recently, Anupama expressed her admiration for Sai Pallavi through an emotional social media post.

Responding to the post, Sai Pallavi appreciated Anupama’s talent and said she was happy to see her creativity shine.
