Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s family is reportedly preparing to move out of their long-time residence, Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai, where they have been living for nearly five decades. According to reports, a modern six-storey residential building is set to be constructed in Bandra’s Chimbai area, close to the sea coast. The project is said to have received necessary approvals, and the land is registered in the name of Salman Khan’s mother, Salma Khan. The new residence is expected to feature advanced facilities and a more comfortable lifestyle for the family.

Security is believed to be one of the key reasons behind this decision, especially after a shooting incident outside Galaxy Apartments a few years ago, which led to heightened protection for the Khan family. The upcoming residence is expected to offer better privacy and safety in a relatively peaceful locality. Meanwhile, Salman Khan remains busy with multiple film projects, including a high-budget action film with Vamshi Paidipally and other major collaborations reportedly in discussion within the industry.
