The Bankipur Assembly by-election in Bihar has witnessed an unexpected political development, with Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor maintaining his lead even after the third round of counting. According to the latest trends, Prashant Kishor is ahead by 1,161 votes, putting him in a strong position in the closely watched contest.
The bypoll, held after the Gen Z movement, has produced surprising trends, with both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) trailing behind. BJP candidate Neeraj Kumar is currently behind, while the Jan Suraaj Party has emerged as a major contender by securing an unexpectedly high number of votes.
