BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju Advocates Continuation of Visakhapatnam Airport Operations

BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju has made significant remarks regarding the future of airport operations in Andhra Pradesh. He urged the government not to shut down the existing Visakhapatnam Airport even after the commencement of operations at the upcoming Bhogapuram International Airport. According to him, both airports should function simultaneously to cater to the growing aviation needs of the region.

He emphasized that Visakhapatnam is rapidly attracting investments and new companies, making continued airport connectivity essential for economic growth. Vishnu Kumar Raju suggested that international flight services should be operated from Bhogapuram Airport, while domestic flight services should continue from Visakhapatnam Airport to ensure convenience for passengers and support the city's development.
