

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy reviewed the ground-level situation in education and healthcare with senior CMO officials and issued several directions. He sought updates on the construction and progress of major hospitals in LB Nagar, Alwal, Warangal and Osmania, and instructed officials to speed up the works. He also directed the Chief Secretary to identify staffing requirements and begin recruitment so that doctors and other personnel are available by the time the hospitals are completed. Officials were further asked to procure modern medical equipment and ensure that all necessary healthcare services are ready when the facilities become operational.
The Chief Minister also instructed district collectors and officials to regularly visit government schools, social welfare hostels and hospitals and conduct weekly reviews at the district level. He stressed the need for vigilance against seasonal diseases and directed officials to take up repairs wherever required in schools. The meeting also reviewed preparations for the Telangana Global Summit 2026, proposed at Bharat Future City in December, with the CM asking officials to prepare detailed plans for arrangements, guests and investments.
