Family Rejects State Honours

The family of former minister and Kapu movement leader Mudragada Padmanabham has declined state honours for his funeral. Family members stated that they do not wish to have official government honours during the last rites and have respectfully conveyed their decision.

The last rites of Mudragada Padmanabham will be held on Tuesday evening in his native village, Kirlampudi, in East Godavari district. Family members, relatives, supporters, and well-wishers are expected to attend the funeral and pay their final respects.
