Former YSRCP MLA Bolla Brahmanaidu Granted Conditional Bail

Former YSRCP MLA Bolla Brahmanaidu has been granted conditional bail by the Rangareddy Court in connection with the Gandipet land grab case. The court approved his bail petition while imposing specific conditions to ensure compliance with the ongoing legal proceedings.

As part of the bail conditions, the court directed Bolla Brahmanaidu to appear before the concerned police station once every 15 days. Additionally, he has been instructed to furnish two sureties of ₹20,000 each. The former legislator was arrested in connection with allegations related to the Gandipet land encroachment case. Further investigation into the matter is currently underway.
